 ACJEM first concentrated in pest control business and was able to maintain its name in the field of pest control industry, particularly general pest control, termite control and fumigation for stored product pests. We make sure that we implement chemicals manufacturer’s instruction, government guidelines and proper manpower performance monitoring. We conduct pest control seminar to our client’s staff for them to understand their role in maintaining pest control in their respective establishments. We maintain computer database of our client’s service record to monitor its history.

We make sure that technicians are properly trained and oriented before he is assigned to his assignment. The performance and effectivity of his services is properly monitored and evaluated. In case of emergency re-treatments, we make sure they were given action within 24 hours.

Eng’r. Justo personally attend seminars and meetings called by the Fertilizer and Pesticides Authority and other government agencies to know the latest updates on pest control industry. ACJEM is also accredited by the Bureau of Plant Industry to do fumigation for quarantine and non-quarantine services.

ACJEM attends PEST CONTROL CONVENTIONS, one of which is held at Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. The said conventions focused on pest control technology, present pest behavior, latest chemicals used in both structural and stored product pest control particularly in general pest control and the latest in termite control technology. International protocols were also discussed, like the substitute for Methyl Bromide (Ch3Br) and ozone as fumicide, the role of pheromones in stored product pest management, research update on stored product pest, client security as a result of 9/11 scenario particularly to food processing plants, etc. Eng’r. Justo is the only representative from the Philippines who attended the USA conventions. He also used to attend FAOPMA conventions held in Southeast Asian countries.
